GHEELICIOUS KALE CHIPS

Kale Chips with Gheelicious Classic Ghee
- 2 Tbsp Gheelicious Classic Ghee 
- 1 Tbsp sesame seeds 
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce 
Kale Chips with Gheelicious Garlic Ghee
- 2 Tbsp Gheelicious Garlic Ghee (made with local BC garlic, lemon pepper & black salt) 
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika 
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder 
Kale Chips with Gheelicious Chai Ghee
- 2 Tbsp Gheelicious Chai Ghee (made with Mom’s chai masala blend & organic dark molasses) 
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon 
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg 
- 1 Tbsp maple syrup or honey 
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C) 
- Tear kale leaves into bite-sized pieces, removing stems. 
- In a small saucepan, melt the ghee over low heat. 
- Mix melted ghee with all ingredients except the kale. 
- In a large bowl, massage the mixture into the kale leaves until well-coated. 
- Spread the kale evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. 
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, tossing halfway through, until the edges are crisp but not burnt. 
- Let cool and enjoy!
